ABOUT CMA FUNDING

A private lender is someone who uses their capital to finance investments, such as real estate, and profits from interest paid on the loan. Private lenders are not affiliated with a bank or other financial institution and instead interact directly with the borrower. There are private lending companies that investors can seek out.
Private lenders are a valuable asset to investors because they often have different approval requirements and a faster pace than traditional financing processes. While the qualifications and interest rates will vary based on the situation, the process of working with private lenders will be similar to other loans.

Who We Are

"I am Chrisea Denise Moring CEO of CMA Funding. My career began over 30 years ago in the logistics industry with 10 years in real estate investing. I parlayed those years of experience into providing equipment financing for truckers and then to small businesses in general. Basically we offer three types of services, Real estate investment loans, small business loans and source consulting for financial purposes through MWR Financial." Proof of Funds letters are frequently required by real estate agents prior to them agreeing to submit any offers to sellers. Many times Proof of Funds letters are required along with a purchase offer contract in real estate transactions.
